Today, Addilyn was baptized. She made a profession of faith a few weeks ago and wanted to show the world that Jesus was in her heart. We are so happy for you Addi and celebrate this wonderful decision you’ve made.
God expects you to start listening for His voice after salvation.
He speaks with a still small voice. Maybe you wish He would hit you upside the head with it, but you have to be intentionally listening so you won’t miss it!! #listen
4. Confess any sin in your life.
5. Take notes on what you hear.
6. Act on what you hear!!
Keep a spiritual notebook.
“Do not merely listen to the Word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says!” James 1:22
2. Be ready and eager to hear God.
3. Deal with the attitudes that prevent hearing God.
This is an issue of the heart.
“Consider carefully how you listen…” Luke 8:18
