Recently, unreleased game content was obtained and leaked without authorization, and false information has circulated in connection with these leaks. We deeply regret these incidents. This is not how we wanted you to experience the upcoming version.

Every version of Infinity Nikki represents a significant investment of time, effort, and dedication from our development team, from the initial concept through production and final polish. We want to share our work with you when it is ready, in the most complete form possible. These leaks have taken away some of the surprises we carefully prepared for you, while the false information circulating alongside them has fueled speculation and caused unnecessary concern.

Game development is a lengthy, interconnected process, with each stage building on the work that came before it. These leaks have affected our development timelines and promotional plans, and may require us to make adjustments to certain upcoming content.

We want to make our position clear.

Obtaining or disclosing unreleased game content without authorization may violate applicable laws protecting trade secrets and intellectual property rights. Creating and spreading false information can also harm our development team and the community. We strongly condemn these actions and will take appropriate steps to address them.

Our development team has gathered relevant information and is working with legal counsel to conduct a thorough investigation. If wrongdoing is confirmed, we will pursue appropriate legal remedies, which may include civil claims and, where warranted, criminal proceedings.

We ask the stylist community to help us protect the experience we are creating together. Please do not share or circulate unreleased content, and refer to official announcements for verified information about the game. If you encounter suspected leaks or have information that may assist our investigation, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review reports and follow up as promptly as possible. Information that is verified and materially assists the investigation may be eligible for a reward or other appropriate recognition, depending on the circumstances.
