Frank Langella was playing an intimate role where he was in a fully clothed love scene with his on screen wife. Langella was accused of touching her leg, which wasn't scripted.

A full investigation took place where the outcome was, Langella wasn't instructed to place his hand's on her leg. Langella expressed that "It was a love scene on camera" and labeled the situation "absurd".
