YES, California officials are known for voting in the name of other people (via mail in ballots ) , people who normally don't participate in the democratic process or see no point in voting for anybody. I don't really UNDERSTAND why GOP leadership in RED States and DC allow this practise to be going on in Blue States, " saying in local elections, they can do whatever they want is so STUPID"; they do the same in FEDERAL elections, CHEATING!

That is why demonizing Western civilization has become so central to their strategy: it keeps their followers , many steeped in communist-inspired ideologies , unified and obedient, while preserving the elites’ grip on power.They never anticipated the disruptive power of social media, which is why governments in some Western countries are now rushing to pass laws restricting speech and online expression. If people in the West do not wake up soon, in twenty-five years their societies will look little different from the angry mobs roaming the streets of Gaza or Lagos or sreet scenes in California, Portland, Chicago and othe US DOMOCRATS controlled cities, chaotic, unfree, and ruled by the same ancient logic of power, only dressed up in modern language.

@LangmanVince Probably in 10 years time, it may be torn down, redesign and rebuild. This can't be there ... a rare QUALITY of DEMOCRATS decisions .. in politics empty words and people forget and move on, but in Engineering if not done right it won't work.
