De nieuwe stikstofnormen lijken op papier misschien heel soms haalbaar. De praktijk is echt anders.

Flynth analyseerde ruim 1.000 melkveebedrijven:
→ 6% voldoet aan de ammoniaknorm
→ 2% aan de CO₂-norm
→ 77% aan maximaal 2,6 GVE/ha
→ 0% voldoet aan alle drie tegelijk.

Dat laatste cijfer verdient politieke aandacht. Als normen worden gestapeld, kan een ogenschijnlijk redelijk pakket in de praktijk een vrijwel onhaalbare toegangseis worden.

But please, tell me again that Europe doesn’t have a free-speech problem. That there’s nothing to worry about. That it’s all a right-wing invention—as claimed by @lemondefr and many other newspapers.

For heaven's sake, can someone give us a First Amendment already?

De in Nederland wonende Israëliër Y. wilde Nederlands leren en meldde zich aan voor een taalcursus. Tijdens de intake bleek er echter een toelatingseis te gelden: hij moest erkennen dat in Gaza genocide wordt gepleegd. Y. antwoordde genuanceerd en zei dat hij die kwalificatie niet als vaststaand beschouwt en dat mogelijke oorlogsmisdaden onderzocht en berecht moeten worden. Dat antwoord was voor de docent reden om hem af te wijzen omdat hij niet de “juiste” politieke overtuiging had. Een schrijnend voorbeeld waar Israeli’s (en Joden) in NL mee te maken hebben.

CIDI stapt naar het College voor de Rechten van de Mens om deze zaak aan te kaarten.

הגעתי אתמול, ובעוד כמה שעות אחזור הביתה.

בשבוע האחרון הייתי מעורב, יחד עם חברים מעמותת ״עד כאן״ בתכנון ובביצוע של המחאה בהקרנת הבכורה של הסרט ״נאזה״, שהתקיימה היום בדלפט שבהולנד. באתי לתרום מההיכרות שלי עם המקום, עם השפה ועם המנטליות ולהשמיע את האמת באולם.

הייתי בקולנוע עם החברים ועם סבין תעסה, ניצולת שבעה באוקטובר. צילמתי, שמעתי, וכאב לי מאוד. ביומיים האחרונים התכוננו לרגע הזה יחד עם קבוצה של אנשים אמיצים וחזקים.
סבין היא אישה אמיצה וגיבורה אמיתית, עם עוצמות שקשה לתאר.

הקריאות שהופנו אליה באולם כשהיא ניסתה לספר את סיפורה מהשביעי היו נוראיות. צעקו לעברה ״לא אכפת לנו״ ו״חבל שהגרמנים לא גמרו אתכם״. קשה לי לתאר מה הרגשתי כששמעתי את הדברים האלה מופנים לאם שכולה.

חזרנו למלון באמסטרדם. חברי הקבוצה היו בהלם מעוצמת השנאה שח��וינו באולם, למרות כל הצעקות שלי ברשת בשנה האחרונה אפילו אני הופתעתי, יצאתי ללכת לבדי בעיר שהייתה לי בית במשך כמעט עשרים שנה.

אבל דבר אחד ברור לי: לא נשתוק מול שנאה כזאת. נמשיך להשמיע את קולנו ולהגיב לה בנחישות.

Minister wil het vooruitsturen kind niet strafbaar stellen. Zou haaks staan op het recht van gezinshereniging.

Following the entry into force last week of an order banning the import and sale of products from Judea and Samaria, East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights, we informed the Dutch Embassy in Israel this evening that Dutch diplomats operating in Ramallah must return their Israeli-issued diplomatic documentation within seven days. After this period, the diplomatic privileges and immunities granted to them by the State of Israel will expire.

If the Netherlands wishes to continue representing its interests with the Palestinians, it may do so from Palestinian Authority territory, rather than from the territory of the State of Israel.

Last month, we removed the Dutch delegation from the International Support Center for Gaza in Kiryat Gat, following actions taken by the Dutch Government against Israel.

I reiterate: Israel will not ignore measures intended to harm it.

Any country that acts in a hostile and unilateral manner against Israel will lose influence and relevance in the region.

I also reiterate the urgent need to address the growing antisemitism and incitement openly seen on the streets of the Netherlands. Not only are this antisemitism and incitement not being seriously addressed, but the anti-Israel policies of the Dutch Government are fueling them.

@HofhuisSteije Maar in Nederland worden mensen opgesloten in gevangenissen. Een grovere schending van het mensenrecht op vrijheid (UVRM, 1948) bestaat niet. En degenen die daarvoor verantwoordelijk zijn, zijn uitgerekend de rechters.
