Rural Water Supply Operations July 18th at Mineral Springs FD beginning at 9AM. This will cover the following areas:Water points Dry hydrants Relay pumping DOI water haul drill Each Department that attends ISO credit for mutual aid training & practice of performing water haul ops
Firefighter Certification program will reconvene on June 2nd with Firefighter Ladders. Class will be held June 2, 3, 4, 9 from 6-10 at Rural Hall FD. Classes are limited to 10 people. RSVP @ [email protected] to register.
After much thought and consideration, to encourage "social distancing" and reduce the potential COVID-19 spread. All Association classes (certification, quarterly trainings, special events, etc) have been postponed until further notice.
FYI: Lewisville FD has canceled all Firefighter and TR certification classes effective immediately. They will be rescheduled once the COVID-19 precautions have been lifted.

Training never ends, no matter where you serve with in your Fire Department. Fire Department Board members and Fire Chiefs are gaining additional knowledge to better serve their community.
POSTPONED: Due to the potential for inclement weather. The PPE class scheduled for tonight (Thursday), has been postponed until Monday @ Walkertown FD/ City View Station. Class will begin Sat at the FTCC ESTC in King at 900 - you will need ALL PPE, SCBA and spare SCBA bottle.
POSTPONED - the firefighter Orientation & Safety class scheduled for this date has been moved to Monday, due to instructor sickness. Class will still be held at Walkertown FD, City View Station.
One Man & A Truck class 2/27 7-10 at Belewscreek FD. This class will look at the responsibilities placed on the first in company officer or driver arriving at a structure fire. We will explain setting up for a fire scene, resources needed, & the role of the person arriving first
