I got back on the health grind a couple of weeks ago.

Ive always wanted to join a gym. Go lift. Feel good.

I've had poor MH/anxiety for YEARS. But recently realised life is too short.

I got myself down there at 4:30AM to avoid crowds and did it.

@5p1123 People really think 2 poor seasons, with mitigating circumstances, out of the previous 15+ seasons of consistency makes us an unattractive club. Dont think people realise some players will relish the challenge of getting us back to where we've consistently been

@Dancurtis87 Social media has fully fried people's brains when it comes to us. I think people forget we initially broke the top 4 in the late 2000s, weve been an ever present in Europe since. Couple of bad seasons, with mitigation, doesn't change that or change how big the club is😂

Now the dust has settled from yesterday, on reflection you have to admire what De Zerbi has done.

We were down and out. Couldn't win at home. Couldn't win in 2026. Everybody was convinced we were gone, but not De Zerbi.

Against all the odds, he turned it around.
