Wisconsin Sheriff Michael J. Bouchard confirmed that a man was arrested after distributing an offensive internet meme depicting him with a Jewish star on his forehead, calling it antisemitic.

The sheriff said the man was “trying to threaten and intimidate” him by posting the meme.

He said the First Amendment makes people “feel empowered, emboldened, and safe,” so he had to teach the public a lesson.

Its actually very easy.

1. If at least 5 sENATE republicans (and I was wrong earlier, I said 8) request a special meeting THEN party leaders have to schedule it.

2. at the meeting a leadership challenge can be formally made. Candidates for new leaders can be formally introduced/nominated.
The conference move directly to a vote. This can all occur the same
day.

3. If members agree to proceed, a secret ballot vote is conducted immediately. Results are typically known within hours.

It only takes 27 republicans (for this term) to make this happen
