I. Continue speaking in tongues for a long time?
II. Yield more to the Spirit as you speak in tongues.
III. Meditate more on the importance of speaking in tongues.
IV. Get a company of Believers that are better experienced than yourself in speaking In tongues and pray with them.

There is no mention of levels in speaking in tongues in the Bible.
Like any other thing of God,it has dimensions. You can progressively MOVE INTO DEEPER DIMENSIONS OF PRAYING IN TONGUES by yielding more to the Holy Spirit and continue praying in tongues for longer periods of time

Speaking In tongues is a gift of God to EVERYONE THAT BELIEVES (Believers In Christ).
Mark 16:17_And these signs shall follow them that believe: In My Name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues(KJV).
These signs shall follow ALL THEM THAT BELIEVE NOT SOME.

The Bible never told us about thinking in tongues but speaking in tongues. YOU WILL HAVE TO OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND SPEAK OUT IN TONGUES for it to be speaking In tongues.
Either begin by praising God and speak in tongues later or you can speak in tongues first and praise God later.

When we speak in tongues, we:
I.Magnify God_Acts 10:44-46.
II.Give God glory_Acts 2:11,10:46 (BBE).
III.Speak by the Spirit of God (1 Cor 14:2,14:4 (AMP)_the HOLY SPIRIT CAN NEVER BLASPHEME GOD.
IV.Exalt the Lordship of Jesus_1 Cor 12:3.
V. Speak God's perfect will (Rom 8:26-27).

Speaking in tongues is not a preaching or teaching gift. It is a devotional gift (1 Corinthians 14: 2, 14:18-19 and 28).
It is for private communication between you and God not for teaching.

What Jesus forbade is the use of vain repetitions_Matth 6:7, 1 Cor 14:39.

You cast them out by THE USE OF THE NAME OF JESUS however, you may speak in tongues before casting out the devil(s) to edify yourself, to talk to God and receive direction but not to cast out devils.
