Tamilnadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR&CE) department has informed the Madras High Court that 11,999 temples cannot afford expenses for performing even one prayer a day.

Is that a huge demand?
Earlier, ICAI itself allowed these things mainly due to COVID
COVID is yet to over and NO VALID RELIEF?
