INSTEAD IT BEGAN SNATCHING THEM FROM THEIR OWN HOMES TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS.

ROOTS AND VINES, CREEPING. THROUGH WINDOWS.

TOXIC FRUITS SLIPPED INTO THEIR HARVESTS.

NONE WITH MALICIOUS INTENT WHO ENTER EVER RETURN.

ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE HUMAN.

THERE WAS ONCE A HUMAN VILLAGE NEAR THIS FOREST.

THEY KEPT TRYING TO TEAR IT DOWN. IT TORE THEM DOWN INSTEAD.

EVENTUALLY THE FOREST GOT TIRED OF WAITING.
