Don't care if you think they should be here the law says they shouldn't, therefore they are not subject to the protections a citizen is afforded.

In this hypothetical, retrieving the gold would be extremely costly, and dangerous. So the value of gold wouldn't change too much, not to mention shipping it to earth or refining it in space all of which are VERY expensive and costly. So no, it wouldn't have a massive impact immediately. Long term effects would depend on processing and shipping.
