Als je graag in een sociaal land wil wonen, waar iedereen een goed leven mag leiden, dan moet je als overheid zuinig zijn op de mensen die die samenleving mede bekostigen, ondersteunen én dragen.

Je kunt niet eindeloos geld, draagkracht en vertrouwen uit mensen trekken, hen daarna achteraan zetten in hun eigen land, en vervolgens verbaasd zijn dat de onvrede groeit.

De Loosdrechtse explosieve cocktail is niet uit het niets ontstaan. Die is jarenlang gemixt door bestuurders die kozen voor ideologie, imago en internationale ambities, terwijl de eigen bevolking steeds verder onder druk komt te staan.

Wie een sociaal land wil behouden, moet beginnen met luisteren naar de mensen die het mogelijk maken.

Anders blijft er straks niets sociaals meer over.

I think humanity can figure out just about anything when we want to. We’ve split atoms, mapped genomes, landed robots on Mars, and sent telescopes so far into space that they can watch the light from creation itself. We build machines that talk like us, think like us, and maybe someday "replace" us. But for the last 12000 years we haven't been able to figure out UFO's. Let that sink in just a little .. we've had over 12000 years to observe and study ... and ... we still don't know. According to governments of the world anyway.

Every civilization, every religion, every corner of history...oh look...there it is again. The fiery chariots, the glowing shields, the sky gods, the vimanas, the disks, the orbs, the triangle craft, squids ..on and on. Thousands of years of eyewitnesses, carvings, texts, radar pings, and videos, and we still sit here saying “unidentified.” Not “figured out,” not “debunked,” not “proven.” Just “unidentified.” It’s completely ridiculous. We can tell you what kind of rock a planet 40 light years away is made of, but if something crosses our own atmosphere at Mach 10 and makes a 90 degree turn, we just shrug and call it a mystery. Wow.

Think about how ridiculous that is. We’ve had 12,000 years of recorded obsession with this phenomenon. Entire civilizations have studied it, worshiped it, built mythologies around it. Governments today have departments dedicated to it. And yet, after all that, not one clean, definitive answer? Really really think about that? Not one piece of proof everyone can agree on? I don't think we're this incompetent, I think it doesn’t want to be solved.

Humanity has poured its curiosity, its science, its faith, and its paranoia into this for 12k years!! We’ve thrown radar, satellites, particle physics, and prayer at it. Nothing sticks. Every time we think we’ve got a handle on it, it morphs, changes shape, language, culture, and on and on. The gods become angels, the angels become aliens, the aliens become orbs of light. The same phenomenon wearing new masks.

I keep asking myself, why? Why is this the one mystery we can’t crack? We’ve explained thunder, eclipses, germs, gravity, even some small steps towards consciousness. But this? Still unsolved. Still playing hide and seek with a species that’s mapped the human brain and built AI that writes symphonies. Is there something wrong with us that after 12,000 years, we still can’t face what’s right in front of our eyes?
