BALLAD OF THOSE WHO WALK INTO FIRE
Before the day begins, the siren calls, no promise of return, yet they rise and answer.
They run toward danger others flee, facing heat, smoke, and uncertainty to save lives.
The fire do not end at the scene it follows them home, in scars
Yet they return again and again, driven by duty, not applause.
So when you hear the siren, clear the way. Do not delay.
And when they return, say the words that matter: Thank you.
