@Woodysroundup12 Obstruction? Not voting on a lame duck SCOTUS nominee is obstruction? His nomination lapsed, which has happened numerous times in the past. Also, thank god it did. You've seen how biased he was as the AG. You think he'd have been different on the court? Not a chance in hell
Multiply this by thousands, and you start to understand the animosity for illegal aliens. Not to mention the number of people that get murdered/killed by them, annually.
@Woodysroundup12 That’s bullshit Steve and you know it. He had a supermajority his first term. Every confirmation pick passed on the first try. And no, there have been lame duck SCOTUS appointees go unconfirmed in the past. https://t.co/OhkbpvyQe2
100k likes and 10k RT's for something that is vehemently false. Various other angles show him turn around and court his son backstage... And this post is still up, why?
@Woodysroundup12 And no, it's not. Obama was never assaulted by GOP-appointed federal justices for administrative tasks. Cabinet position scrutiny has been a thing for quite some time. And I don't remember any of his cabinet appointees losing their vote.
@Woodysroundup12 Yes, they will. The problem is that these judges are just activists who hold no regard for the law. They're there for one reason - stop Trump. They need to be impeached.
@Woodysroundup12 The stuff he's doing does not require laws to be passed. They're administrative duties bestowed upon the President. The legislature has no place here. These are power-thirsty judges challenging him in order to slow him down. There's no basis for their challenges.
@Woodysroundup12 The stuff being challenged by the courts are things that are in his scope of duties.. Like deciding what does/does not go on federal websites, firing federal employees, recognizing two sexes on gov. issued id's, allow access to the Treasury Dept. data systems, etc..
The bureaucracy seems intent on proving that they're an insulated self interest group who believes itself to be unaccountable to American democracy and should be fired.
They keep accidentally proving the point for retweets.
@Woodysroundup12 Add to that the fact that everything he's done thus far has been challenged by progressive activists masquerading as federal judges, and you'd be surprised how hard it can be to get shit done.
@Woodysroundup12 Well, he's been pretty busy filling his cabinet and taking care of foreign matters. You know, things that are *actually* in his administrative purview. He can't sign legislation if there is no legislation. That is Congress' responsibility.
@Woodysroundup12 The only Republicans who have voted against his nominees thus far are the usual suspects - Murkowski, Collins. His support on the Hill is just fine.
