@BridgesSisco@DivestSPD 1. Cool I hope that happens more often. Sick of seeing drug addicts parade around with impunity 2. The account calling this into question is literally called DivestSPD 3. Thank you for clarifying.
@BridgesSisco@DivestSPD I’m fucking stupid, thanks. Just like anyone who thinks defunding the police is a logical strategy for handling any level of crime. Why do you keep going to murder? Do you have that much hatred in your heart?
@BridgesSisco@DivestSPD I’m too compassionate for that, just like you buddy. I’d rather them defile my property and explain to my kiddo that daddy has to clean their car seat before I put them in there (again) because we respect our thieves here.
@BridgesSisco@DivestSPD Nice discredit and dismiss Sissy! A common tactic amongst those that like being compassionate to criminals and drug addicts. I’ll just continue cleaning the shards of glass out of my car from the Nth break-in this year and remember they “came from a bad family” or whatever
@DivestSPD@BridgesSisco Yeah you guys are on to something. If the cops were more compassionate they would have just let the guy stab them first just figure out if he’s a threat.
@206Hoops I’d rather pay the cost of keeping that person in jail then have then continually deface the place I live and raise a family. I don’t care what that person does when they get out. If they commit a crime, lock them up longer. Compassion for criminals hurts the innocent.
@206Hoops Kind of. It’s the principle that it’s happening at all. This is not a cop problem, it’s legislative failure. There’s repeat offenders running around doing things like this (even if it’s small like this) because they know they’ll get away with it even after they’ve been arrested.
