@DesperateNasus yep ur right the game is stale and too balanced i been saying that too
atakhan was so good because EVERY game was winnable and throwable for 20 minutes
@indixmae@dia_m27 listen here princess, thats a good thing that your champ has strong mandate synergy, the item amplifies your damage too not just allies!
@indixmae@dia_m27 Then dont buld mandate??? Glancing at lolalytics shows me she has 2-3x comparable options of similar winrate/pickrate for slots 1/2/3
Thats actually pretty good diversity (mages are super flexible with items compared to other classes)
@dia_m27 shes one of the most picked supports clearly a large portion of players find her satisfying and strong to play quit being a diva and lock tf in
@indixmae@dia_m27 how tf is she delivering items? Shes always had the interaction with rylais, if you play off teammates you dont even need rylais. So what if she has unique builds other mages dont? God forbid shes not a lost chapter item dcap void staff girly like every other mageslop
@SteveMightSay stride HOW? They rework systems every 6 months but sadly the game is rotten at its core. They need a fresh start where the core systems are actually functional from day 1
@RiotPhroxzon I also think that the game is stagnating too much this year which continues to the hyperfixation on these champs being frustrating :^)
Bring back atakhan and people will shut up about viktor nasus
@RiotPhroxzon Friction is GOOD do not stray from the path. Just work on how you word stuff so the community doesnt overreact. Say stuff like "higher risk/reward champs (yone, yasuo) vs simple/safe (nasus/garen)".
Also stop saying frustration just sugarcoat it with "friction" or "polarizing"
@drewlevin Things were better when the PLAYERS had more agency. When we could see names in champ select, communicate and swap roles more easily due to that.
Riot has taken the agency away and said "well this is fair role assignment, go play"
(Maybe its rose tinted glasses? Maybe not?)
