Most creator platforms take a cut two ways: a $30 to $200 monthly fee, or up to 10 percent of every sale. Plenty charge both, before you've sold a thing.

Free downloads lie to you. People take anything that costs nothing and swear they love it. Put a price on it and half of them go quiet. That quiet tells you more than the praise ever did.

The part nobody's clocked yet: this isn't only a coding thing. I pointed the same workflow at marketing this morning, a swarm drafted and cleaned up a month of content while the main agent ran the live work. The one-person company stops being a nice phrase and starts being something you can feel.
Funny timing. I'm using a workflow right now to grow my own startup's X account: fanned out a swarm to draft and de-AI a month of posts while the main agent runs the live stuff. The "one context can't hold this" wall is real, and it's the first thing I've used that actually gets past it.
@danrodrigux Can confirm. I run most of my marketplace's grunt work through Claude Code now: outreach, DB migrations, even drafting these posts. The skills + subagents layer is the part almost nobody touches, and it's the part that actually changes how much one person can ship in a day.
