Researching designs for flexibility markets in electricity for FME NTRANS. Ph.D. candidate at NTNU. Engaged in optimization and interested in digital economy.
@avsa This tweet almost made me fail Turing's test (believe that a human was answering). I wonder what is the LLM rational that made it change its answer based on your interaction. Was it: "this guy is pushing me so I will lower my error threshold because he don't seem to care"?
Many statues from early civilizations have broken noses. This could happen after an attack from violent hordes trying to erase history, unable to build lasting monuments themselves. The perpetrators of attacks in Brazil will be forgotten. Our legacy, even damaged, will resist.
I shared the stage with Stian Backe to present a summary of our work for the current year in User Case 7 on Integrated Markets for Flexibility, at the @FME_NTRANS Annual Conference. Thanks to all participants for the excellent reception and feedback. Photo by @DavoodQorbani.
The Merge in Ethereum shows that we should not fear using sustainability and cryptocurrencies in the same sentence. Less than two months after the network change, power consumption fell from above 75 to around 0.01 TWh per year. [1/3]
This is besides creating the platform for many interesting projects, such as carbon credit trading, microcredit with an environmental focus, and even universal basic income. This is why I am still an optimist about blockchain, regardless of the value of the tokens. [3/3]

@JohnJac18944020 Thank you for fact-checking. There were around 580 searching operations in major streets, causing unprecedented hours-long traffic jams. These are being reported by main media outlets. However, the source for the number I provided was deleted. I should do the same with this tweet
Now on the #NTRANSfestival stage: @FelVdS (Felipe Van de Sande Araujo) PhD, @NTNU presenting findings from Use Case 7: Integrated markets for energy and flexibility.
This use case is in cooperation with @CINELDI_FME

@VitalikButerin Hei Vitalik, I'm sorry you are going through that. I've been verbally and physically abused by bullies all my school years - it took me many years to find self love and peace. There will always be a gaping wound, you just learn to shine more than the darkness. Keep on shinning!
We have been reading Chu's day by @neilhimself and @MrAdamRex to our three-years-old at bedtime. Today, as we explore our creativity during quarantine, he asked to build Moby's Diner out of LEGO. This seems to be his favorite part of the book. #Quarantine
I have written this piece on Bitcoin history and valuation before the holidays. It's an introductory text with sources for those that wish to know more. The thumbnail credit goes to NTNU TekNat blog's media manager. :) https://t.co/4skSuB9UPd
@mathz_aragao I am looking forward to reading this report! Allow me a question, even before reading it: are there talks about unifying protocols or connecting networks between central banks?
So far, the odds don’t seem to be much favorable. If the brand is tarnished by bad agents any other cryptocurrency can take the lead part and then Bitcoin will be truly obsolete.
I’ve read the draft by Nassin Taleb on Bitcoin, currencies, and bubbles. It is a good read, one that I certainly recommend. I would like to make some comments on it. #bitcoinblackpaper thread.
If Bitcoin is to achieve this positive transformation before it is corrupted by abuse and misuse, then holding it now might give you early access to an artificially scarce asset. But is it worth?
