Lastly, stay in touch with the Shoppers Health clinics (south keys and westgate) as they continue to offer walk-in and family doctor services. They also have gyn and endocrine specialists you can be referred to by walk-in.
Ottawa isn’t used to a 2T system - we knew that going into this. Access to care is the only mission for us. To mislead, charge an access fee, overburden your own waitlist by 10k people… this is how clinics like ours lose support.. https://t.co/mzSaBUKLbx
Moreover, a $400 access fee means nothing when the waitlist is 10k. Note that allied healthcare colleges prohibit revenue on services not rendered. Make sure to look up the bios and the descriptions to ensure you can submit to insurance. NPs can help; in their lane.
@paerismasked @diana_murphy613@JohnFraserOS We tried applying as an approved center for episode of care (ohip covered) treatment in Ontario and they told me the list of approved clinics was set in the 90s and no need to reassess. One person owns all the approved clinics. Antiquated and unfortunate
@ouatedephoqueeh @_llebrun Just read that this morning: two doctors coming out that their bios were copies word for word and put on the site. The business is already not Ontario friendly, why falsify your staff?
We are in complete support of this initiative. It’s time we amp up our endo game in Canada. We are especially excited about the dissemination of medical subject matter so patients don’t fall through the cracks. https://t.co/Ao1FRsUsJA @TheEndoNetwork@DrSonySinghMD@CanSAGE
@ctvottawa Many of the colleges of allied healthcare prohibit profit before services rendered. Moreover each service has a fee in addition to the membership. This is taking two tier to a whole new level. Everything about this Centre screams ‘profit’.
daytime Ottawa - Tuesday September 12, 2023 https://t.co/6YkajH7JFB via @YouTube - thank you for having me on your show to talk about the mental health crisis in Ontario.
Beyond excited to bring on 9 more practitioners to the team. Filling the gap for #mentalhealth and #primarycare in #ontario . We can’t keep burying our heads in the sand.
End-to-end service through the womens health collaboration. More access to family physicians and specialists with an expertise in gynecological and reproductive health: win-win! #WomensHealth#Ottawa
We knew in our gut that this was something dire, but to be sure we asked the public. We asked you.
The results were astounding and we were right; Femade and all it stands for is a necessity. Let us know what you think.

Allied healthcare aka alternative medicine can’t always be tested the same way modern medicine conducts their clinical trials. But in instances where quality of life trumps testing, sometimes the symptoms trump the data. It’s worth a try, no? #chronicillness#fertility
It’s beautiful out and that vitamin D is wonderful. But for those stuck in bed today, this is just the start of sunny days. Take care of you. #chronicillness
