@HIQA When I was brought here on 4th Nov I was told there was facilities in place for bariatric patients including shower room but I've been washing out of a small basin since I arrived!. The hospital doesn't even have a wheelchair big enough that I can be discharged in.

@HIQA here's pics of commode in use in St Luke's hosp KK, commode leaks onto floor leaving bariatric patients at risk of slipping & falling as I did in med2 longward. Notice the huge gap between bowl & the bottom of the seat where the leaks happen. complained but still in use!

There isn't even a television that works in the covid-19 wards. Staff too busy to go find a remote control in another ward. No access for wheelchair, mobility impaired or obese ppl

@rteliveline I'm in the main covid-19 ward in St Luke's hospital Kilkenny after contracting it from another patient during the 5different bed moves I was forced to take. I should have been discharged on Friday but am now stuck here for much longer with a deadly disease!
