Another old report, this one is from TITANS and date back to September 19, 2023.

Conductivity's flavor text makes an electrical engineering reference, but this is lost in the Italian text, which reads "That faceless sure didn't TAKE LONG (length/cross-sectional area)."

Today we want to take a look at one of our oldest unaddressed reports, dating back to August 31, 2023.

Craftsman's Hammer text goes slightly under the weapon attack icon. We believe this is the only card where this happens in all Italian Hearthstone.

Small update: the Violet Hold Sawbones recently changed name in the official Hearthstone web gallery. The new name means "Bone Cutter" 👀

My last Violet Hold report is about an often-overlooked aspect: flavor texts.

Moragg Italian text is "The SECRET to a good escape plan, is to just have all of them" but Moragg's artwork and animations are all about keys.

It would be nice to mantain the theme in Italian.

After “Segaossa” we found another card from Violet Hold with the same name of an older card.

Nab's italian name and Pilfer's italian name are the same.

Our Sawbones italian localization report has been acknowledged by the developers in the 36.0 known issue forum thread! 🥳

Violet Hold cards have arrived in the Hearthstone live client, and we can see that the text for Tricksy Improviser never wraps to the next line.

The text is so small that it's unreadable 🔍️

New Hearthstone Italian localization report! Thanks Salvo for pointing that out for me 😊

Two minions (Boneshredder and the new Sawbones) have the same Italian name.

We believe “Segaossa” is a name more fit for Sawbones, but that decision will be up to the developers.

A report from Salvo pointing out that the opening line of Suspect Maiev (from the Nathria Reward Track) has a mismatch between audio and text.

The text reads “Tu non hai visto NULLA” but the audio says “Tu non hai visto NIENTE”.

Lots of interenting Hearthstone reveals yesterday, but we found 2 Italian cards we want to report.

The first is the italian version of IMPFERNAL!, with a name that is too much similar to the 2019 spell Impferno.

First Italian localization report for Escape from Violet Hold!

Prepare is pretty cool, but when the opponent use it the tooltip is difficult to read. In the pics, a comparison with Shatter.

In the comments we will propose a change to feel more natural to a native speaker.

Shadowed Informant's dynamic text changed, but is still wrong.

The italian text is always "Rinvieni una Magia >DI<" and that diverges from what we already saw in other Discover type cards (see pics). The text should be "Rinvieni una Magia >DEL/DELLO<" depending on class.

We’ve already found good things in 35.4.2 (Plague Strike fixed 🎉), but also a not-so-good thing.

Emergent Maelstrom's Italian name changed, but it’s still wrong! New name means “Maelstrom emergence" and not “the one who emerges from the Maelstrom" 🤿

Report on the Hearthstone 35.4.2 Italian patchnote.

Whenever the Battlegrounds minion Level is mentioned, it says “Mana” instead of “Level”.

I saw that the same error is also in the English patchnote.

The week is coming to an end and we haven’t found any new localization errors. So we’re revisiting an old one!

The Hunter spell 'Lock and Load' exists in two versions (GT and CoT), but even though the text is exactly the same, in italian the formatting is different.

Un'inchiesta del New York Times conferma un'altra storia che era evidente, ma era stata lasciata per anni alla critica della sola sinistra radicale: l'Eurovision è usato dal governo Netanyahu come strumento di “soft power” diplomatico.

Il quotidiano getta anche ombre sulla partecipazione della cantante Yuval Raphael lo scorso, arrivata quasi alla vittoria grazie soprattutto al voto popolare. Alcuni ingenui si sono accordati ai propagandisti di Stato per parlare di un'evidente distacco tra bolle online e gente comune. Ma per il NYT la storia è molto diversa: il sistema di televoto dell’Eurovision Song Contest 2025 può essere influenzato infatti con numeri relativamente piccoli di votanti organizzati. Secondo i dati ottenuti dal quotidiano sulla finale spagnola, Israele avrebbe ricevuto circa un terzo del televoto.

Il giornale scrive che sarebbero bastate “poche centinaia di persone” capaci di votare in massa per contribuire in modo decisivo al risultato finale.

Una "napoletanata", insomma, su una scala e un impatto molto più grandi di quelli attribuiti dopo Sanremo al povero Geolier, e realizzata con la complicità o il disinteresse di innumerevoli opinionisti "perbene".

We still need to conduct a thorough check of the last Hearthstone patch, but in the meantime, we can confirm that the formatting errors in Purifying Breath and Alexstrasza the Life-Binder have been fixed in 35.4! 🥳
