@the3rdmeeseeks @Majkawscianie In the definition of vowel that you posted they mention the vowels a, e, i, o, and u, but not Y because someone in the comment section just told me that in English when vowels are taught it’s mentioned that Y is only sometimes a vowel depending on how you use it.
