Because by depositing ETH and staking it for ezETH (or directly bridging ezETH) you get the following:

ETH Staking APR + Restaking APR + Eigenlayer Points + Renzo points + Mode Points

All of this at the same time and with the same liquidity.

Also, you can stake that ezETH in any Mode dApp an also earn points from that project.
