@AmazonFresh @AmazonHelp / What has happened to the customer service thru chat? It has become impossible to do "Amazon Fresh / Wholefoods" grocery items returns thru the chat feature. I am having problems every single order.

[Fernando Corona @FernandoCorona]

@AmazonHelp Its been with several of the AmazonFresh orders. In the past, receiving spoiled/bad produce was never an issue. I could just logon to chat and have it resolved/refunded in 5-minutes. But now its an issue every time. The reps transfer you endlessly with no resolve and no refunds.

@AmazonFresh COMPLAINT: What happened to your customer service??? For the past month there is no help to be found thru the chat feature or the the phone... The chat has become a series of endless transfers with no resolution found. Why did you outsource your customer service?

@AmazonHelp @amazonhelp @AmazonFresh
The issue is with the returns for Amazon Fresh. The customer service thru chat has been terrible the past month. The reps endlessly transfer you and never resolve the issues. RETURNS HAVE BEEN VERY DIFFICULT.
