This week, we explored a delicious dish from world cuisine: Uzbek Plov.
With rice, tender meat, carrots, onions, and warm spices, Uzbek Plov is more than just a meal — it is a traditional dish that brings people together around the table.
Week 6 of our cooking class was simply wonderful! 🌿🍲 An evening session filled with warmth, laughter, and a real sense of community.
We cooked potato salad and Turkish savoury pastries (poğaça) and enjoyed sharing the food together.
In this weeks cooking class, we prepared a delicious carrot couscous salad and crispy pan-fried minced meat yufka börek. Afterwards, we enjoyed everything together with a warm cup of tea.
It was a lovely time filled with learning, sharing, and good food. Thank you to everyone.
