@mykola Gradually cutting back is ideal. I lowered consumption by half each week. I used adrenal tonics like ginseng. Adaptagens like ginseng takea while to make a difference but it does help. I quit doing those too once my body had adjusted to the absence of coffee.

@mykola I only have anecdotal evidence but I think it’s particularly bad for autistics. We get super addicted to it and it’s also harder on us. Every Autistic I know that quit is glad they did.
