Polymarket Liquidity Providing (LP) Guide:

I have been doing this for 2 months now and I am at the top 5% of wallets.

To earn rewards you need to CREATE ORDERS, either buy or sell, at markets located within the rewards section.

There are many strategies, but the one I have been using is finding markets that have ALL of the bellow traits:

1) High Probability of either Yes or No to be safe in case our order gets filled (has to be less than 90% to earn rewards!)

2) Markets with LOW VOLUME!

3) Low Competition and Little Rewards ($3-$50, rarely when the market is fresh you can aim for higher rewards, but don't stay long as volume will pick up!)

On these markets I then open a BUY order as close to the midpoint as I can, MAKING SURE that there is an open order bellow me to which I can sell in case I get filled!

Always sell your positions for a small loss in case you get filled unless you are certain for the outcome of the market and are willing to take the risk!

Our goal is not to make money here, our goal is to climb the Rewards leaderboard AND farm volume organically while losing the least amount of money.

That being said, I am personally in profit doing this so I am essentially farming @Polymarket FOR FREE.

As to your original question, this guy has a weekly PnL of -1000$ so you can imagine that to earn these rewards he is taking on quite bit of risk, no matter how much he tries to manage it.
