accessability used to mean something, it meant options to help people with medical conditions to play the game because they function different, like colorblind mode for example. Now apparently it means "help for guy who's employed and doesn't want to play the game"

But why are games costing THAT much to make when they are more restrictive than ever and still rough around the edges in certain parts?

Meanwhile, Capcom is developing games like Resident Evil Requiem for a fraction of that cost, with far higher quality and polish?

Even Hideo Kojima, he delivered top notch quality that is superior to everything else for $100m and $150m respectively for both DS games, and far shorter time, while games like The Last of Us, Wolverine, God of War aren’t any bigger or more detailed and cost x3 more?

Either western games need to scale back or there’s something fundamentally wrong with how they’re handling funding and game design priorities🎤
