@em_simmons3 A4: technology can make FA fast with rapid data and the kids are far more into it. I’m looking forward to using more apps and programs this year. Technology provides a convenient way to catch and store data for detailed analysis.

@em_simmons3 A3: data from FAs give an immediate indication of mastery. From that I try to determine if gaps are from the students or how I presented it, so I know what to try next. Looking at data from FAs and SAs help me with grouping decisions as well as 6 week focus for planning
@Kbkpetty@em_simmons3 Depends on what the kiddos need. Sometimes I like to keep them the same when they work well together. But then there are days I shift students around. I let them know ahead of time that groups aren’t always the same.
