Bendy and the Ink Machine : Foreseeable Future
This is Bendy mod that reimagines the original look, feel, and gameplay of Ink Machine !
This Mod is still under development so there is not much to say at the moment, but we actively post updates and clips about it !

@corbin_post The balcony area is basically the same thing they just didn’t have the guard railing asset at the time of making that it seems. And the start is also practically useless to remake because you literally have the entrance right behind you.
@MikeTHC1 Sure, we don't own all kitchens in the world, it isn't really ours so go ahead ( just don't copy it 1-1 of course keep it on your original design )
Mod's are totally fine honestly, so long as it's a mod. If it's just added files and folders added into the existing Steam directory of the game, you launch the official game, and your mod executes overtop - there's no issue. The only "issue" may arise solely on popularity and marketing. If there's any confusion weather or not it's a official or not, that's when there's an issue. So my advice to modders is to use the word "Mod" and "Unofficial" and/or "Fan Content". as much as possible to separate any confusion between official content and fan content.
my other advice is to basically put yourselfs in the shoes of a creator. (not YOU but anyone who is a fan game dev, or modder, etc). pretend you made something, by yourself, you own it, it's your characters, story, art, everything, was yours. and someone else came along and started using all of that and making their own version of it. if you do that, you might start to see that aside from legalities, you may want to tread lightly and respect the creators work as much as possible. this is why we made a very clear cut fan content policy.
here's the reality. we have to protect our trademark. i've had the uncomfortable discussion with our legal team about it very recently. we're not big enough to just not care. however the backlash of us taking down fan content is enough to take a step back and make sure we act properly. while there is a lot of infringing use of our IP, not just copyright, but trademark, the actions we take can have a dramatic effect on how we are portrayed. this isn't something we (or any company) would typically even comment on, or even reveal this kind of concern. but I'm about transparency, and i provided everyone with a very clear cut fan-content policy to follow. so at some point in the not so distant future, we will be manually reaching out to all those who are infringing to politely ask them to stop, and if there's no response, only then will we take action, but even then the action won't be much more than just having infringing content removed, regardless of monies earned with the use of our IP. we're not here to ruin peoples lives, we're here to protect our creation, our ip, and our trademark.
not a fun thing to comment on publicly, but i'm all right doing it because i welcome transparency and have offered up more than enough leniency along with providing clear policies.
