@FedExHelp So glad I messaged you just so you can share all the details I already had from the website and app. Doesn't help that your original delivery date and actual delivery date are always different. Maybe you should learn or give your business to UPS so it is done right.

@hulu_support Whether it is or isnt, I was locked out from using my services and support wanted me to do more than just reset my access to use the services that I was paying for. Not worth it, I'll pay a different provider for better services including customer or support services.
