This afternoon we were thrilled to be visited by @rachelreevesmp, Chancellor of the Exchequer and our local MP. It was wonderful to be able to chat about all that we do to support families, and to show a Family Cookery Club in action.
Our volunteers are an essential part of what we do; we couldn't run our groups without them! Katie helps out with one of our wellbeing groups where she supports children through crafts and activities designed to help develop emotional regulation and literacy.
We were honoured to be joined by @LordLtWY@eziff_OBE_DL John Tarrant DL and @LordMayorLeeds at our @KingsAwardVS award ceremony this week. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate with our staff, volunteers and many supporters.

We have loved making a variety of recipes with our families at cookery clubs this term! Favourites have been our homemade pizza, spinach, sweetcorn and chicken pasta bake, spaghetti Bolognese and rainbow fruit skewers. Well done to our amazing chefs!
