It's finally ready to share - an essay prep sheet I've drafted to help dyslexic students structure and write university level essays.
Please do take a look, and let me know your thoughts!
(DM me if you'd like to be able to comment on the doc.)

Today at #COP28, Minister @CarrollJennifer pledged €5 million from Ireland to the Central Emergency Response Fund Climate Action Account in 2024. The climate crisis is a humanitarian crisis, and Ireland fully supports CERF in responding to this reality @OCHA
Huge congratulations to @earlymodernjohn for his achievement! Extremely proud partner over here, unfortunately a little difficult to get our toddler to pronounce though.
Congratulations to the 2023 Philip Leverhulme Prize Winners! Thirty extraordinary researchers from Biological Sciences, History, Law, Mathematics and Statistics, Philosophy and Theology, and Sociology and Social Policy: https://t.co/RgajmUpUhS
Obviously my love for @BirkbeckUoL has grown all the more. If you even get the chance to study there, do - especially if they don’t make their excellent staff redundant.
Absolutely despicable decision by @durham_uni - already with a rep as being a uni for posh students they’ve clearly abandoned any notion that mobility within academia is a good thing. The arts & humanities in Durham were the lead depts as well. I’m ashamed to be an alum.
Starting in the next academic year, the Durham Doctoral Scheme, a funding scheme for Doctoral students, will only be available for candidates in the Science faculty. https://t.co/rfim0dtaPY
I'm also on the lookout for PhD/Research students working on international law, public law, legal theory and legal history :) - lots of great colleagues and RHD students to work with @latrobelaw
For a bunch of (in fairness good!) reasons I have just no idea when the next opportunity we will have to go away together will be. Highly unlikely it will be this year. It’s been some year and I think it’s just hit us both how much we needed this.
Come work @TCDLawSchool! 3 posts to start September—one permanent in Public International Law, and two term posts in International Human Rights & Intellectual Property. RTs appreciated! If anyone applying would like to chat informally, please reach out! https://t.co/J5xGRiKjLs
So proud of @earlymodernjohn for his piece in the LRB. With a strong spooky streak, this lead to some very fun dinner conversations. Perhaps a little someone’s first words will be “werewolf trials”….
Thiess depicted Hell as a place not far from his own parish, on land owned by the elite, where the Devil hoarded produce stolen from the peasantry: this is Satan as a landlord.
@earlymodernjohn on what a 17th-century werewolf tells us about microhistory:

First week back from parental leave and it’s been a real honour to draft this statement calling for an end to the war in Ukraine for @SoroptiTweet - 46 other organisations have endorsed already!

@Katherine_McDon Totally agree, this annoys me a lot particularly having dyslexia as spelling indicating sounds is notoriously nonsense in English. But even if it was a transparent language people need to just learn to be polite when they’re not familiar with a name.
@lrbobrien I shit you not….
But she also said “imagine he’ll grow up to see William and Kate on the throne” so I think she may have some other issues. 🤷🏻♀️
One lady literally said “well it’s not as bad as calling your baby apple or lion or some of these other names you get these days” and I honestly do not think she realised how incredibly rude she was being, along with a lot of other things.
