Sick of Fairview and its environs being taken over by cars on footpaths and in cycle lanes. Need to do something for a change in mindset! #freethefootpaths
@dublin_8 @LiamD1@Postvox@gardainfo@DubCityCouncil In fairness to them - and it's not often I say anything positive on this page - they got our local postman to stop a few years ago. There was ample space on the roads around the place so NO need whatsoever for it to be done. (Not that it's ever excusable.)
@obelisk_group Lovely to see one of your staff driving roughly 200m on the paths earlier to then park fully on the same path. This is pig ignorant behaviour but also stupid as there's legitimate parking directly across the road ๐ค๐
Philipsburgh Avenue truly is the gift that keeps on giving; the closer to the shops you get, the more ignorant the drivers and their parking! #freethefootpaths
What an amazing place to park a massive van. Why block part or most of a path, when you can just block the whole lot? @MarinoLiving@FFootpaths@dublinblockers
@Ste_Mc_Lean @DCCTraffic I have never once seen a clamper or any enforcement and I'm up and down the place all the time. Probably local residents making noise stopped them. I would have thought it would be such a revenue generator for them; it makes sense on every level!!
@Ysayn3@kv_ofarrell@OConnorOisin I've seen drivers still not stopping when there are children or people pushing babies in prams. The arrogance is breathtaking. And potentially lethal.
