FFXIVART! #RETIRED

Fishing main 🐟 see pinned post for context, much love to you all but I need to focus more on making art than making X functional

[FFXIVART! #RETIRED @FFXIVARTISTS]

Hey all,

with… the everything of x, combined with having to do a bunch at my job that I actually get paid to do for 40+ hrs, I realized… I can’t keep being an *unpaid worker* making a platform that is *actively hostile to artists* a functional experience anymore (1/2)

[FFXIVART! #RETIRED @FFXIVARTISTS]

@Loui_Rizz slightly different, haha- I managed to get FFXIVART though! and I’ll mostly post my own stuff on ivyxaur (my @ everywhere but x lol)

oh, right, I should tag this for #FFXIVART haha - also I have a ton of bsky codes! reply below and I’ll send you one! (no bots, obviously)

@konaharts @GunzAhimbo tysm, and sent! and I got a bunch of codes between my personal bsky and my ffxivartists one, so HOPEFULLYYY I should be able to help a lot of people who have supported me in the #FFXIVART tag get on over 😸

[FFXIVART! #RETIRED @FFXIVARTISTS]

@GunzAhimbo as far as codes go, respond to this post (obvi, mutuals only, fuck bots) and I’ll get em out as I get em.

[FFXIVART! #RETIRED @FFXIVARTISTS]

The realization came from seeing how bsky handled it- THEY HAVE #FFXIVART TAG FEEDS! W/O a real person spending hours a day on boosting tags!

So, I’m officially retiring here, but I’ll be doing art again! And posting bsky codes! Thanks for everything.

💙,
Gunz Ahimbo 😸 (2/2)
