@fi_action Card expired... First emailed FI support 3 weeks ago. Sent 2 chasers. Can't register new card on website. Can't withdraw my cash balance. Absolute shambles!

Only to announce that dividends will be MASSIVELY reduced! Therefore, most users wouldn't have had any cash balances on the dates they are proposing. Disgraceful and unacceptable (2)

Let's not forget the TRUTH of the hyped & delayed Q&A. FI finally announced the market will be closed. But not closed immediately... They left it open just enough for all the loyal customers to put their cash balances in supposedly secure 3 year bets in anticipation (1)
