Spence is goalside of his defender he knows he’s coming across to to get a nick on the ball so he puts his leg across to shield the ball and the defender clatters him from behind yes Spence creates the contact but what’s he supposed to do just let the defender tackle him?? It’s actually very intelligent forward play! But yet again it’s all about opinions some of you will agree with me some of you won’t! So is that a clear and obvious error from the referee? VAR re refereeing games as per usual 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I think the foul on Anderson is very soft but it’s a 2 handed push so can see why it’s given. I also think the penalty overturn was actually mental, he had control of the ball, you’re taught as a kid get in front of ur man to either beat him or win a foul.

Poor performance but it doesn’t matter 1 bit, tournament football is about winning and we’ve done it.
