Critical Care Medicine is a recognized super-speciality requiring years of structured DM/DrNB/FNB training. Equating short-term certificates with formal training risks diluting ICU standards & compromising patient safety.

📰 Times of India highlights a rising concern: Many are using AI as a substitute for doctors—delaying care & worsening outcomes.
AI can support, it cannot replace clinical judgement.
👨⚕️ Early consultation with qualified doctors saves lives.

With profound grief, we bid a final farewell to Dr. Gourav Mittal 🙏. His untimely departure is an irreparable loss to the medical fraternity and to all who had the privilege of knowing him 🕊️. A brilliant clinician, dedicated teacher, and compassionate human being 💙✨.

How much protein is “enough” depends mainly on your goal, body weight, activity level, and health condition.
If you’re moderately active and healthy, 1.2–1.6 g/kg is safe.
More than 2.5–3 g/kg usually has no added benefit for most people (unless under special medical guidance).
Don’t take antibiotics unless needed (not for colds or viral fevers).
Follow your doctor’s instructions exactly.
Right drug, right dose, right time — to stop germs from becoming resistant.
In short: Antibiotics save lives, but misuse makes them useless in the future.
Mess tables still laid…
Meals uneaten…
Conversations unfinished.
This tragedy has left a void no words can fill. To those we’ve lost — colleagues, friends, family — your memories will forever echo through these empty halls.

It builds trust, eases anxiety, and reduces unnecessary friction.

🔓 Open ICU vs 🔒 Closed ICU
🧑⚕️ Open: Primary doc leads, ICU supports
⚠️ Delays, fragmented care, less standardization
👨⚕️ Closed: Intensivist-led
⚡ Fast action, better outcomes, team-based
🏥 In critical care, every second counts.
