Cédrik

Hi! For all your Fido Support needs, please send us a tweet @FidoSolutions

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@stephoreal you may get a new one at full price w/ your FidoDOLLARS.

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@stephoreal If you want to renew your agreement, you must be in the last 6 months of your current agreement to get a new phone. Otherwise,

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@SmitaRamphul Hi Smita, can you follow me please so I can reply to you by DM? Thanks!

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@Che_rry11 Can you clear your browser's cache and cookies to see if it makes a difference? It sounds silly, but it helps most of the time.

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@BlazeDesignInc No problem, if you need anything else, we're here to help! Have a good one!

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@Mkat85 If you were billed, it means it was sent as a picture/video message. If iMessage was down at that moment, that would explain it.

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@BlazeDesignInc Cancelling altogether and not renewing an agreement is two different things, sorry for any misunderstanding.

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@RealAbdiDahir Have you verified what you were billed for?

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@Mkat85 That would be a picture/video message sent from your phone to another. Unless you have an add-on, it's not included in any plan.

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@LegitMADIT Hi there, what's going on exactly? Can I help?

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@KokoletAda On monthly plans, you get Unl. e-mails + IM (including BBM) **OR** Unl. Social Networking + IM for $10 a month. Prepaid: $20

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@Mkat85 Can you try to clear your cache and cookies to see if it makes a difference? Try also another browser. Does it work?

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@sodopebitch You can find info on US roaming here: http://t.co/BCuWBvta

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@KokoletAda You need more info on the BlackBerry add-on? What would you like to know exactly?

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@BlazeDesignInc unless you are under Bill 60 and live in the province of Quebec.

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@BlazeDesignInc a month-to-month (MTM) basis. If you don't want a MTM account and want to cancel completely, yes, a 30 days notice applies

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@BlazeDesignInc Hi Mark! @FidoMarilou isn't working today, but I can give you some info. If you don't want to renew, your account stays on

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@Ade4Target Hey there, sorry for the back and forth. Kia (KJ) left office already, can you follow me so we can DM? Thanks! ^cf

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@YYZMIA Hi Hulya, what's going on exactly?

[Cédrik @FidoCedrik]

@Mkat85 Hi Meagan, what's going on?
