A soft and tart sour infused with Sebastian Ramirez, Colombia El Pacer Pink Bourbon IPA Coffee Beans.

We’ve taken the process one step further and infused the coffee into a clean sour beer with a touch of lemon zest. The result is a highly complex beer. Smooth, slightly acidic, a touch sweet and rounded with a backdrop of this incredible coffee.

Inspired by Japanese delicacy, serving a cold glass of beer with a spoonful of Matcha tea.

Mash hopped with Saaz, fermented with thiol boosting yeast, dry hopped with Idaho 7, Citra, and Talus. Accented with Matcha.

Made with Idaho 7, Citra and Talus hops with Matcha Tea added on the cold side. The result is a soft and juicy IPA full of your typical soft, tropical fruit flavour and accented with dry, herby, umami finish that lifts the whole pallet.
