The Smith and Wesson Model 17’s are a couple of my favorite plinkers. The 617 is stainless, 10 shots, has a 4” barrel and is fitted with Altamont wooden target grips. The Model 17 Masterpiece is a blued 6 shooter, was made in 1960 and has a 6” barrel.
