We need more Ari Aster's out there.
An actual visionary telling inspired stories, who used a stale & cliche-drenched genre (horror) to get his footing as a filmmaker, so that he could start making REAL movies that transcend genre. No one else can get funding for this type o shit
Ari Aster’s next film, SCAPEGOAT, will reportedly follow a surgeon whose patient—a character inspired by Jake Paul—dies during surgery.
The aftermath sees the surgeon come under intense scrutiny from the patient’s wife and brother, characters reportedly inspired by Erika Kirk and Logan Paul.

I just read that the average cat sleeps 12-16 hours a day and I'm pretty sure I have seen my cat Sumo actually asleep a total of like ONE time so far after having her for about a year?
@redrummarts Bait.
Not a single PTA movie plays anything like Aronofsky and his only Tarantino-esque film is his first, Hard Eight, which is also his weakest
@bisondele_@tf_oconnor I just got back from a West Coast tour and traffic was just as bad, if not worse, in ALL of these cities:
San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Vancouver BC.
@bisondele_@tf_oconnor Except that's not true.
I spent 90 minutes in my car today, and that's my average day.
I've lived here 18 years and not a single time have any of my friends complained about having to spend too much time in their car due to living in this city.
Why does it seem like the people who are pickiest about food insist on continuously using food delivery services, in which over half of the time, food is cold by the time you eat it, and/or something about the order is generally messed up?
@DASBUNKER I like how THAT’S the part you felt inspired to respond to, not some person who claims to be getting food poisoning every two weeks, which is like 1000x more absurd???
Just saw a podcast host say they get food poisoning every 2 weeks. I swear to God half the population thinks getting a stomach ache and having diarrhea is “food poisoning”. Y’all…having tummy aches and constantly shitting your brains out is TOTALLY NORMAL
@DASBUNKER I quit dairy milk in 2009 when I moved to L.A., mostly because the milk out here tasted bad, but after that I was happy about the change. I did notice that my farts became way less common and almost never stinky after that.
