Officers discovered crimes affecting victims between the ages of 10 and 15 years old, across multiple police force jurisdictions; Essex, Kent, Devon and Cornwall were all included.

He coerced his victims into "engaging in acts with household pets", manipulating, threatening, and blackmailing them into to creating indecent images and videos.

His phone was found to contain thousands of messages sent to victims, and one occasion, Fisher shared "explicit images of a victim online alongside their name and contact details."

Police officers identified up to 200 possible victims across the country, nineteen of which were confirmed as "victims of serious sexual offences following detailed analysis."
