@santanderuk So I speak to the team who deals with disputing and issues with transactions and they say 'meh nothing we can do' I speak to the fraud team and they say 'meh nothing we can do' even though I paid for a product that I didn't get! Your main concern was for a big company not me

Day 6 of @santanderuk @AirFranceUK & @ExpediaUK holding onto my money, was meant to have flown out yesterday but I wasn't put on a flight list that didn't happen All parties involved know me and my sons weren't on the flight list yet still all involved won't give me my money back

Went to book a trip with @Expedia hotels flights and transfers all included, went to pay they said they didn't received payment so went to try again payment had declined! They took close to £3,000 out of flights and given no confirmation emails or anything else regarding the trip
