UPDATE:

Today’s court proceedings have been continued until December 9, 2024 because the accusers, although showed up for the hearing via zoom (without counsel) have not been officially served and so my attorney was not allowed to present my case.

I was prepared for this to be a long process. What I wasn’t prepared for was Shadow20z and Angel20z_ to play cat & mouse games with court officials; especially when Shadow stated it wasn’t going to happen and Angel stated she couldn’t wait for it to happen.

The judge asked 2 questions to the defendants. Why are you here?  

Shadow: “He sexually assaulted my friend at a gaming tournament”

Angel: “I haven’t spoke about him in weeks.  I just want him out of my life”

Have you been served with a lawsuit?  

Both “No”

Several attempts were made to serve both. Now, a special request to the courts has been made by my attorney to obtain a private process server in order to serve them. Neither of them bothered to provide addresses or ask for the documents.

Whatever narrative they are trying to give at this point is irrelevant when they are the ones evading due process.

Hopefully it’s clear what’s really happening.
