Thank you, Queens.
Together, we built something more than a campaign. We built a people-powered movement rooted in Western Queens and powered by immigrants, workers, tenants, union members, families, and neighbors fighting for a government that delivers.
This campaign may be ending, but the work continues.
I’m running for State Senate because Western Queens deserves a government that shows up for working families.
Together, we’ve built a coalition of nurses, teachers, labor, tenant organizers, immigrant communities, climate advocates, disability justice leaders, and neighbors across Queens fighting for healthcare for all, housing justice, reliable transit, immigrant protections, and a New York where the wealthy pay their fair share.
Polls are open until 9:00 PM! Vote Steven Raga for State Senate today and find your poll site at https://t.co/RuY5NMoFrQ.

It was great joining Woodside on the Move’s annual Street Festival along Woodside Avenue!
As the former Executive Director, I’m proud to see this community tradition continue as WOTM heads into 50 years of serving Western Queens. From music and local food vendors to artists and neighbors coming together, this festival is a true celebration of Woodside. 🌐
Deeply grateful to have the support of 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East, the largest healthcare union in the nation.
Across New York, 1199 members are the workers our families rely on every day. From hospitals and nursing homes to home care, clinics, pharmacies, and long-term care, they keep our healthcare system moving with skill, compassion, and dignity.
For generations, 1199 has led the fight for quality care, good jobs, and social justice. Their members have won some of the strongest standards for healthcare workers in the country because they know that patient care and worker power go hand in hand.
Having 1199 with us in this race is an honor. I will always stand with healthcare workers, patients, working families, and the labor movement.

I’m honored to receive the endorsement of The 504 Democratic Club, a trailblazing voice for disability rights and the only citywide political club dedicated to the civil rights of people with disabilities.
Since 1983, The 504 Democratic Club has fought to make clear that disabled New Yorkers deserve more than accommodation. They deserve power, representation, full access, and an equal place at every table where decisions are made.
In Albany, I will continue to stand with disabled New Yorkers, advocates, families, caregivers, and allies to strengthen services, expand accessibility, protect civil rights, and make sure our state government works for people of all abilities.
This endorsement is a reminder of the work ahead, and I’m proud to keep fighting alongside The 504 Democratic Club for a more accessible, inclusive, and just New York.
Another successful job done by the ACE Crew! Darryl was working hard in #JacksonHeights, sweeping the streets along Roosevelt Avenue!
We appreciate @RagaForQueens for his continued partnership with us to ensure cleaner streets in Queens.

At the end of the day, government should work for people.
Our office has helped thousands of neighbors, from families dealing with housing issues, to seniors trying to access benefits, to residents stuck navigating government bureaucracy and not knowing where to turn.
This work matters because public service is about showing up, solving problems, and helping people when they need it most.
But don’t just take it from me — hear from some of the neighbors we’ve had the chance to help.
Grateful to have Local 1407 Accountants, Statisticians and Actuaries with us in this campaign.
As part of AFSCME and DC 37, Local 1407 fights every day for the public sector workers who keep our city accountable, functioning, and moving forward. From protecting members’ rights and negotiating strong contracts to advocating for safe workplaces and fair working conditions, their work is rooted in solidarity and service.
Our city works because public workers do. In Albany, I’ll continue standing with Local 1407, DC 37, and the labor movement in the fight for fair wages, strong benefits, workplace protections, and the dignity every worker deserves.
Proud to have their support as we build a stronger, fairer New York for working people.

Healthcare is a human right, not a privilege. No one should have to choose between getting medical care and paying their bills. The New York Health Act would create a universal, publicly funded healthcare system that guarantees coverage for every New Yorker, regardless of income, employment, or immigration status. By cutting administrative waste and eliminating insurance company profits from the equation, we can invest more directly in patient care.
Families, workers, and small businesses would gain financial security while ensuring everyone has access to the healthcare they need. It’s time for New York to lead the way across the country and pass the New York Health Act now!
Wonderful to be with community at the Sunnyside Artists Spring Arts & Crafts Fair 🎨🧶💍 there were dozens of artisans, raffles, and even the original Sunnyside Garden Arena boxing bell!
At a time when we are facing rising healthcare costs and federal cuts, the NY Health Act offers a path forward that would protect all New Yorkers while reducing spending.
We need healthcare champions more than ever.

Every day, I’m proud of the coalition we’re building across Senate District 12, powered by the people who keep Western Queens moving: immigrant families, tenants, small business workers, artists, and domestic workers.
This campaign is for the workers who care for our loved ones, clean our homes, make our food, create our culture, and fight every day for a more affordable and dignified Queens.
Proud to be endorsed by @nylcv Gives Green in our campaign for State Senate.
Environmental justice is about more than policy — it’s about clean air, clean water, safer streets, flood protection, and resilient neighborhoods for every family in Western Queens.
With climate change already impacting our communities, Albany must keep investing in clean energy, sustainable infrastructure, and protections that put working people first.
In the State Senate, I’ll fight for a cleaner, greener, and more resilient New York where every neighborhood has the resources to thrive.
Thank you to NYLCV Gives Green for standing with us in this fight.
