I was just thinking about it this evening as I was returning from the office. How I need to raise enough capital to venture into this Piggery business.

First, I will secure land in a Rural area; places like OYO, or Inside OSUN State (It usually cost between 300 - 800k for 1 - 2 plots of land: this is enough to occupy 25-50 pigs

@gideonodoma Now, to make profit from this: I can target Local markets, Restaurants, abattoirs, cold room dealers or other farmers. And even some industries that use pork meat.

The waste from the pigs can also be converted into profit as farmers need them.

Utilities, Buffer and Miscellaneous will range from 200-500k

Then I'll buy the Pig 6-8 female pig and 2 boars (male pig) or I can get weaners from any reputable farm. This would cost around 800k to 1million naira

Feeding for the next 4-6 months would cost around 1.2million
