Grout is already turning black. It only takes 3 weeks to loose control of the floors. This is not caused by employee effort but by the tools and procedures they are provided to accomplish the task. The mop is a paint brush and used nasty mop water is the paint. Keep flushing those toilets and you get quite the mix.
