@StarfireTor Dark shiny rock. There was a patch of it that was close to the water that our guides took us to.

@StarfireTor The structure had its own name (dont remember) but the type of rock was the vishnu basement rocks. We did a three day rafting trip through part of the canyon on into Lake Mead. Positive vibes but I felt very small and short lived in comparison.
